November Meeting Canceled - Come to Taste of Braddock
We will not be meeting in November, and our next meeting will be January 8. As is our tradition in December, we hope everyone will attend Supervisor Cook's Taste of Braddock: From the Braddock Beacon: Join Braddock District Supervisor John C. Cook for his last community event, along with other community leaders, residents, and county employees at the annual "Taste of Braddock," a holiday celebration of the food and spirit of the Braddock District. Food donated by Braddock District businesses. Come join this celebration of community. July 10, 2019, Best of Braddock Awards and BDC Picnic
On Wednesday, July 10, the Braddock District Council will be hosting their annual Best of Braddock Awards and Braddock District Council Picnic. Each year, the BDC and the Braddock District Supervisor’s office join efforts in recognizing those in the Braddock District who contribute to making our community a better place to live and work, while also sharing a meal provided by the BDC. The event takes place at the Braddock District Supervisor’s office, 9002 Burke Lake Road. This is your opportunity to interact directly with our elected officials, ask questions and express concerns, like the interesting General Assembly session that just occurred in Richmond. This is also an opportunity to ask about the state of our potholes in Braddock.
